  • How to order my Product on this Website?

If you wish to purchase any item, click on ‘Add to Cart’. Once all your products are added to the cart and you want to check out click on my cart and press “check out”. You will have to choose Payment Option and enter your details.Your Order will then be placed.


  •   Do you provide cash on delivery?

 Yes, We do provide Cash On Delivery (COD) .


  • What are shipping charges?

We charge Flat 90/-  rupees per order.
We provide Free Shipping on orders above 1499/-


  • Do you ship internationally ?

Currently We only ship within India however we soon aim to start shipping worldwide.


  • Do you provide Refunds ?

-Our products are non-refundable.
-Exchanges are only acceptable if there is any manufacturing defect.
-All sale and discounted purchases are non-exchangeable.
-Exchange will not be given on jewellery and pins.


  • Can I cancel my order?

Any request for Cancellation of Orders once the order is dispatched will not be entertained. If your order is not yet dispatched, you can cancel your order.

Contact us as soon as possible for the same.


  • What about Colour and Quality of the Products?

At Ramsha Sultan, We ensure the best quality of our products.
Although we try our best to ensure product colours shown on the website are true  to the actual product, due to different lightings and resolutions we do not provide refund or exchange for the same
