  • How to order on this Website?

If you wish to purchase any item, click on ‘Add to Cart’. Once all your products are added to the cart and you want to checkout, click on my cart and press “check out”. You will have to choose Payment Option and enter your address details. Your Order will then be placed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent on your registered e-mail id.

 

  • Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

 No, We don't provide Cash On Delivery (COD) . Only Prepaid Orders.

 

  • What are Shipping Charges?

We charge Flat 90/-  rupees per order.

 

  • Do you ship Internationally ?

Yes, If You Want to Order Outside India, Order from → www.islamifiedshop.com

Shipping Worldwide except for Pakistan unfortunately due to Govt. Rules.

 

  • Do you provide Refunds?

- All Our products are non-refundable.

- Quran and Gift Sets are Non- Returnable & Non- Refundable.
- Exchanges are only acceptable if there is any manufacturing defect.
- All sale and discounted purchases are non-exchangeable.
- Exchange will not be given on jewellery and pins.

- Refund will not be provided if we have shipped your order from our end.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed, Cannot be Cancelled.

Kindly be sure before making an order on the website.

 

  • What about Colour and Quality of the Products?

We ensure the best quality of our products.
Although we try our best to ensure product colours shown on the website are true to the actual product, due to different lighting and screen resolutions, we do not provide a refund or exchange for the same.
